Insurance ménage à trois

As I’m driving down the road this morning, a client called and wanted to add a vehicle to their auto fleet policy. Since I’m driving and don’t have anything to write with, I added a call to my office thus resulting in a 3 way call. I explained to the office what we needed and then asked the client to advise what information we would need to complete the transaction. The client provided all information and my office gave the client their policy information over the phone. This ménage à trois is another way we offer excellent service to our clients!
